Due to the handmade nature of our products and screen display differences, slight colour and size variations may occur.

All sizes are approximate.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

All our carpets are guaranteed to be handmade and authentic Persian rugs.

A certificate of authenticity may be included with certain high-value purchases.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
